refining those plans with more detail in the near term
- Schedule longer projects or those with fully
allocated staff by the week and shorter projects with
partially allocated staff by the day
- Use weekly scheduling for projects overall, except
for those weeks when resources need to be available on
particular days, either due to travel requirements or for client
meetings
