Reporting Features

  • “Slice and dice” data by client, project, resource, and many other fields – including by any user-defined fields.
  • Interactively restructure reports on the fly, making it easy to play out various “what-if” scenarios.
  • Present data for an entire engagement, for a portfolio of engagements, or for a period of time.
  • Share report definitions with all users (public reports) or with specific users.
  • Limit access to reports and to the data shown on reports to authorized users.
  • View projects or fiscal periods in progress, seamlessly, with side-by-side historical and projected data.
  • Filter and group using fields that you define. All user-defined fields are automatically available for filtering and grouping in reports, as are all custom engagement types that you define.
  • Analyze data even when you are not running Projector. Since analytical reports are delivered as Excel pivot tables, you can investigate your data while disconnected from Projector.
